Working principle In the double screw conical mixer, two asymmetric spiral rotate to lift the material upward, and the rotating arm rotates slowly; the material outside the screw enters into the stud in different degrees, so as to achieve the continuous renewal and diffusion of materials in the whole circle direction. The two streams of materials lifted up to the central cavity again converge to form a downward material flow to supplement the gap at the bottom, thus forming a convection cycle in practical application, according to the size of the equipment, single (one long screw), double (one or two asymmetric screws in length) and three (two short and one long symmetrical arrangement) screws can be used in practical application; theoretically, the more mixing screws, the better the mixing effect; generally, the plum shaped "dislocation valve" is used for the equipment. It fits tightly with the bottom of the long screw, effectively reducing the dead angle of mixing. The driving mode can be selected manually or pneumatically.
